In late September, hurricane Helene came ripping through our hometown of Asheville, NC. This unexpected natural disaster devastated much of our Western North Carolina community.

q.b. Cucina serves customers worldwide. We are only able to do this because of the local community that has supported us. Our fulfillment center is located in Asheville, NC. Our staff live here, as do many of our partners and advisers. As such, we feel a great responsibility to give back during this time of need.

For the months of November and December, we are donating 5% of all sales to BeLoved Asheville, a local non-profit doing great on-the-ground work to provide support and relief to our WNC friends and neighbors.

This pledge is part of the 1% for AVL movement, where dozens of other local Asheville businesses are promising to donate a portion of their sales to WNC hurricane relief efforts. We hope that through this small contribution, we can make a difference and help rebuild and restore our community.
