Shipping & Returns FAQ

Thank you for shopping at q.b. Cucina. We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience. We are a small team and strive to communicate with our customers as quickly (and kindly!) as possible. Before reaching out, please read our Shipping & Returns FAQ below.

Shipping FAQ

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5 to 8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
  • We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS and UPS.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150.
  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are typically not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During Black Friday and the holidays (late November and December), there may be delays in processing times. 
  • Domestic: Approximately 3 to 8 business days.
  • International: Shipping times vary, but typically take 8-14 business days for most locations.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

We currently ship within United States only. We will be launching international shipping very soon.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
  • Please allow 24 hours after you have received the tracking number for tracking information to appear. Tracking numbers are created the moment shipping labels have been printed, but this does not always mean the package has left our warehouse. 
  • We strive to use as much recyclable packaging as possible. The majority of our boxes are made from recycled content and can be recycled at home. We also use recycled kraft paper and void (also recyclable at home) and compostable/recyclable tissue paper. If you have questions about your packaging materials, please reach out to
  • Some items are shipped directly from the producer and may ship separately and come with different packaging.

Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Read our Returns FAQ below for more details.

Returns FAQ

  • You may return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery. For items purchased during Black Friday or holidays, returns and exchanges are extended until January 15th of the following year.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed once we receive the item in our warehouse. If you are not returning an item to us, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Pizza and pasta flour is not returnable. If your flour arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo at, and we will send a replacement.
  • Cookbook club subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been made. However, we can provide a store credit (prorated amount) should you choose not to participate.
  • Custom phrase bowls are final sale. If damaged, we offer store credit or an exchange for another bowl with one of our standard phrases.
  • All sale items are final sale, unless otherwise noted.

We cover the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for you to print and use. Original shipping fees (the cost of shipping the item to you) are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal value.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different item that has a different value, we will issue store credit equal to the amount of the original purchase. You may then use the store credit to purchase any item of your choosing.
  • Please note that, except for return shipping costs, all other shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
