What's included in the Pasta Maker's Pathway?
Weekly Zoom Workshops
Dive deep into specific areas of pasta making with live, interactive sessions led by founder of q.b. Cucina, Sarah Ubertaccio. Each week, you'll explore a new technique, from dough basics to advanced shapes, ensuring you build a solid foundation and expand your pasta repertoire. Although live attendance is encouraged, all workshops will be recorded so you can watch and rewatch on your own time.
Online Community
Connect with fellow participants in our exclusive online chatroom. Share your successes, ask questions, exchange tips, and support one another as you progress through the program. This is your space to grow together as a community.
Special Guest Instructors

We understand you have a busy life, which is why the program is designed to fit within your schedule. Dedicate roughly 1 hour for our workshops and up to 2 additional hours for hands-on practice each week. Some weeks will require more or less time, depending on what we’re making.
Individuals Seeking Accountability
If you thrive on having a structured plan and a supportive community, you’ll find this program invaluable in keeping you on track.

Workshops will take place on Saturdays from 2:00-3:00 PM EST. Although workshops will be recorded, participants are encouraged to attend at least 80% of all workshops live.

What You'll Need
To participate in the Pasta Maker’s Pathway, you’ll need a few basic tools. Most of these items can be found inexpensively on Amazon, but of course we sell a variety of artisan-made Italian pasta tools in our shop, too! Pasta Maker Pathway members will receive a one-time 15% discount in our shop.
- Large wooden board or surface for kneading dough
- Sturdy bench scraper
- Kitchen scale for precise measurements
- Hand-cranked pasta machine or a KitchenAid roller (or the skill to use an Italian rolling pin)
- Pasta or pastry wheel for cutting pasta
- Ridged board (gnocchi board)
- Pasta bike/multi-wheel cutter for creating uniform squares and rectangles
