Six perfectly matched ravioli, one press. This carved beechwood tablet, a stampo per ravioli, presses six uniform cavities into your pasta sheet at once, each one framed by a fine decorative border.

Made in Trentino, it turns ravioli-making from a one-at-a-time task into an efficient, satisfying rhythm: roll a thin sheet of fresh pasta over the mold, spoon your filling into each well, top with a second sheet, and press firmly with a rolling pin to seal and imprint the pattern. Trim along the edges with a pasta wheel, and six evenly decorated ravioli are ready for the pot.
