A traditional stamped pasta from Liguria, corzetti were enjoyed among the Italian Renaissance courts, where each design bore a coat of arms or symbol to represent the special occasion at which they were served. This handmade maple wood corzetti stamp is our modern take on the classic, featuring a contemporary star symbol.

Maple wood.

Avoid using water to clean your stamp. Instead, rub the corzetti stamp regularly with mineral oil and natural beeswax to keep the wood supple. If dough gets stuck in the stamp, use a toothbrush to gently scrub it out, adding a little mineral oil as needed to moisten the hardened dough. Do not clean in dishwasher. Store corzetti stamp in canvas bag or a box to prevent it from chipping.
