The
qb Pasta Club
A monthly practice space for people who want to make pasta more often—and with more confidence.
The QB Pasta Club is a community-driven membership focused on doing pasta, not just reading about it. We cook together, practice regularly, and support one another along the way.
What's Included

These workshops will be centered around a specific theme or recipe. Cook alongside Sarah in real time, ask questions, and learn by doing! (And yes, they'll be recorded too!)

YOUR PASTA TEACHER
Sarah Ubertaccio
Sarah Ubertaccio is the founder of q.b. Cucina and a self-taught pasta maker who knows exactly what it’s like to learn pasta from the home cook’s perspective. Not a professional chef, Sarah teaches with empathy, clarity, and deep respect for the learning process—meeting students where they are and helping them build confidence through practice.
With experience teaching The Pasta Maker’s Pathway, in-person classes, and firsthand time living (and eating very well) in Italy, Sarah brings both approachability and authenticity to the q.b. Pasta Club.

FAQ
Each month, we'll have a pasta "theme" – focusing on a specific recipe, technique, or shape. We try to coordinate the themes with seasons and holidays. The pasta topic or theme will be announced at the start of each month.
Members will also have an opportunity to request a specific pasta topic they'd like to learn.
Attending the workshops live is encouraged, but not required! Live workshops will be recorded and posted into the group within 24-48 hours after the class. There will also be professionally-filmed video lessons covering the class topic, plus printable recipes and resources to accompany all lessons.
Yes! There will be pre-recorded lessons on beginner topics, such as how to mix and knead dough, available to all q.b. Pasta Club members.
As of right now, live workshops will take place once a month on Saturdays at 3pm EST. However, this time could change based on member preference and availability. All of the Zoom workshops will be recorded and available afterwards. There will also be professionally-filmed videos on the lesson for you to watch on your own time.
Ultimately this is up to you! Most live Zoom workshops will last between 2-3 hours. On average, expect to spend between 3-6 hours a month practicing the lesson topic and engaging in the group.
Everything you need for the club will be hosted through our online community portal. The app we use to manage this portal is called Circle. Within the app, you'll have access to the live Zoom workshops, lessons, videos, downloadable recipes and resources, and our member discussion boards. Social media is not required to participate in the club.
The community portal is accessible either through an app on your phone or web browser on your computer or tablet.
The online community is a private space that is not viewable or accessible by the general public.
You can cancel at anytime! Upon cancellation, you will be removed from the q.b. Pasta Club community and will no longer have access to the group or materials. That said, you will be able to download recipes and other resources that you can keep for life.
You can rejoin at any time.
You may lose special discounts after cancelling.
We currently don't have a way to pause memberships. You can cancel your membership and rejoin at any time. You may lose special discounts if you cancel.
The Pasta Maker's Pathway is our 8 to 10-week course designed for beginner pasta makers. At this time, we don't have the capacity to run this course. Instead, we have decided to fold it into the q.b. Pasta Club. Topics that are covered in the Pasta Maker's Pathway will also be touched upon in the q.b. Pasta Club.
